My goal is to improve myself and live a healthier lifestyle. Yes, I’m sick of being fat, but I am making these changes because I want to be comfortable in my own skin. I am NOT going to starve myself, or strive for perfection, OR expect any changes to be made from sitting on the couch. IT WILL take effort, and hard work. IT WILL entail cutting out poisons from my diet - fast food, pop, chips, sweets, etc.
